Improving Your Resource Efficiency
Financial support for businesses to manage resources efficiently
£1000 grants* are available to Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) to help improve their resource efficiency with the following measures:
- Energy efficiency measures
- Renewable technology
- IS014001 or other Environmental Management System accreditation
- Energy/environmental training - e.g. staff awareness, fleet management, Post Graduate, CPD/UCPD etc
- Two-days Specialist consultancy e.g. feasibility study
Or we can offer a free on-site survey to highlight any ‘no or low cost’ measures that can be implemented.
Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Leicester City and Leicestershire can get a grant to manage the efficiency of their energy, waste, raw materials and water resources.
The Improving Your Resource Efficiency service, which is part-financed by the European Union and is being delivered by Leicester City Council’s Leicester Energy Agency, aims to improve profitability and competiveness in the county.
